This undiscovered gem is quietly delivering higher annual and quarterly growth numbers than the vast majority of all publicly traded companies in the U.S. and Europe.

General Automotive Company is a provider of Original Equipment and aftermarket automotive parts, mobile electronics, and related automotive products at multiple levels of distribution throughout the United States and internationally. The Company concentrates their efforts on utilizing key relationships with manufacturers in China, Korea and Japan to bring state-of-the-art automotive parts, accessories and products to automobile manufacturers and major parts distributors in the U.S.

General Automotive Company currently has 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries driving their revenues from automotive sales and distribution in two main categories:

Global Parts Direct, Inc. www.globalpartsdirect.com
GPD focuses on providing auto sound, mobile video, and mobile electronics to leading auto manufacturers and dealerships, which the Company acquired in October 2005. Global Parts Direct is a Tier 1 Supplier to Chrysler/Mopar for mobile electronics, one of the fastest-growing segments of the auto industry that specializes in high-margin, value-added, dealer-installed options such as DVD players and rear view camera systems. Since in-vehicle entertainment and information systems are a purely outsourced profit center for carmakers, GPD provides an inherently valuable solution to their customers. Further, GPD is considered a co-manufacturer of Original Equipment automotive electronics by Chrysler and others.

OE Source, Inc. (www.oesource.com)

OES focuses on purchasing, selling and distributing engine management products and other traditional auto parts to the largest US distributors, which General Automotive acquired in January 2007. OESource imports and sells hard-to-get auto parts from proprietary sources domestically and abroad, fulfilling critical portions of its customers' supply chain, which include large, multi-national distributors. OES specializes in engine management products such as O2 sensors that are a rapidly growing (and government mandated) segment of the auto supply industry. Through its direct relationship to manufacturers in Asia, OES enjoys a competitive advantage in terms of quality and pricing that enables them to leverage these key relationships into increased market share and profitability.
